What if I don't know how I want my design to look?
Clients are always welcome to provide any sketched ideas or example designs from the internet with their orders to give an idea of how they want the design to look. Attach any ideas or mock ups to the same email your order form is attached to.

No, all communication for Delux Designs (DE) is done through email, either deluxds@yahoo.com or deluxds@gmail.com. This is enforced to keep up with orders, to avoid misplacement of information for orders, and for records of order information.

Yes, rush orders are accepted upon request unless otherwise specified. There is an additional charge for this order.

Designing
How many revisions are included?
Once the order is placed, one design will be created and sent to you as a proof. An additional one can be made if you are not happy with the first design. Any design work created after that will be an additional cost.
What file formats are sent when ordering a Logo Design?
Two formats are sent including .jpeg & .png.
Could you edit or alter design work that was done by another artist?
No, we do not edit, altered or tamper with any design work created by other artists.

Do I pay online?
Yes, all payments should be made through Paypal.
Website
Did you make/design your website?
Yes, I did create the website layout on my site.
Did you create/design the flyers featured on your website?
Yes, I did. Any flyers featured on the homepage and the event were created by DE.

Do you have to purchase design work in order to use your printing services?
No, you do not have to get your designs created through DE in order to take advantage of our great printing deals. We do accept outside jobs.
